Abstract
This research project studied the combustion characteristics of bamboo waste materials. and venase that is a waste from the ethanol production process In thermal analyzers (TGAs) and in laboratory-grade fluidized bed furnaces The objectives were: (1) to study the combustion reaction kinetics of bamboo waste material samples and venase in a thermal analyzer (TGA) (2) to study the combustion reaction kinetics and behavior of bamboo waste material samples. and venase in a laboratory fluidized bed incinerator (3) to study the behavior of inorganic elements in bamboo and venase waste material samples. and the interaction of such elements with the fluidized bed particles causing the bed particle adhesion problem; and (4) developing a mathematical model predicting the combustion and adhesion kinetics of the particles. Bed from bamboo and vinasse waste samples. The main product of the project is the knowledge of the combustion behavior of bamboo and venase waste material samples (kinetics, behavior of inorganic elements) that can be disseminated in academics. and is essential information that is collected in a database The study results can be extended (a) in the field of design/development of a prototype combustion system and the study of combustion behavior of fuel samples in a prototype incinerator; and (b) to develop a guideline for studying combustion characteristics. with other fuel materials
