Abstract

Agriculture of Thailand in the past several years There is a need to increase agricultural productivity more. There are monocultures that are economic crops such as rice, maize, sugarcane, palm, cassava and rubber, etc., causing the need to improve the soil. and soil preparation by using certain chemicals such as herbicides and insecticides before planting including while harvesting agricultural products in quantities that exceed the standard change the ecosystem Lack of balance of insects and plantations affect the use of a variety of chemicals To get rid of insects and weeds that are unnecessarily Effects of herbicide use have been reported. in agricultural areas and nearby natural water resources Assessing the risk of exposure to the use of such chemicals affect the environment In Thailand, the concentration level is limited to not more than the water quality standard of approximately 0.2 micrograms per liter. And in the soil samples of Thailand, the level is not clearly above the standard. but should not exceed approximately 1 mg/kg. At present, the amount of use of certain herbicides, such as paraquat, is prohibited to remain in plants. Maximum not more than 0.02 mg/kg

Therefore, the use of toxic chemicals should be monitored. in this experiment see the importance of surveillance for non-specific herbicides type of weed until contaminants enter the rice It was found that the rice cultivation area was 53 percent per plantation area in Thailand. The rest are acres of economic crops and other crops, totaling 47 percent, making the surveillance measurements collect large quantities of samples. to measure a variety of substances This project expects will get a sensor to measure herbicide paraquat The sensitivity was appropriate for measurements at the standard level in the LD50 range of paraquat 3-5 mg/kg of human body weight. In addition, the sensor is expected. that can select paraquat by using an adsorbent (sorbent) that is a nanocomposite particle iron oxide nanocomposite Properties of the p-p interaction, hydrophobic interaction, electrostatic interaction.

This development will facilitate the management of online reports of hazardous chemical surveillance systems in water or soil. with crops that use chemicals that are more than necessary immediately The successful sensor will be able to continue. To be a measuring device that can be connected to various Internet signal transmission devices such as smart phones or IoTs that can collect large amounts of data. in order to manage the environment in the future For the goals of this research study, it can be divided into 2 main parts: the first sub-project is the testing of paraquat samples. The bismus Screen Print Electrode (Bi-SPCE) measured by stripping analysis technique is expected to produce better sensitivity results than using conventional carbon screenprinted sub-projects. 2 Synthesis and analysis of iron oxide nanocomposite particles It is a paraquat absorber. to be used as a selective paraquat In the paraquat sample extracted from the soil An anodic stripping analysis technique results in the sensitivity, range of application and the lowest concentration that can be measured.
