Abstract

The purpose of the research is to increase the value of plastic waste materials. However, as it is an extremely important issue today in the global environment, it is necessary to create a product from recycled plastic that has a reasonable market value. It can be used in practice without causing significant changes in material properties when compared to the original product. Therefore, the research team has an idea with entrepreneurs to recycle plastics that are hard and brittle. It is easy to tear and can bear low mechanical and dynamic loads when combined with rubber by improving the blending process of recycled plastic with rubber to create a real and large production capacity. It has more flexible properties. This is considered a great promotion of rubber innovation regarding expanding the scope of use of para-rubber. Thailand is one of the world's top rubber producers and exporters and reduces natural pollution from the added value of recycled plastic waste as well. Therefore, the researchers have an idea to use the raw materials of rubber and plastic waste. It is used for the production of artificial ceiling products with special properties of fire resistance that are suitable for application in forming various structures in engineering. The flame retardant performance of the material is enhanced by the addition of polyurethane industrial waste. The result is a high-priced product because the prototype has more specific features and is reasonably priced to use. Artificial ceilings on the market today are made of wood and artificial wood that is not fireproof, making them flammable and spreading easily. They are expensive and are not resistant to moisture, which is one of the problems with current usage. Therefore, it is necessary to import such materials, which are made from more durable polymer raw materials.
