Abstract

Posttreatment of the electron transporting layer has been widely adopted to modify the charge quenching property in perovskite solar cells  (PSCs); however, the fundamental understanding of the effect of the modification layer on the material itself and, consequently, the photovoltaic performance stability is not complete. In this work, we propose to use alkali sals to improve the current PCE to reach over 20%, which is essential for the solar cell device operating in space technology. Environmental stresses i.e., levels of vacuum, heat, UV, and high photon bombardment will be evaluated on the fabricated 20% device.
