Abstract

The development of remote learning system for kinematics of differential drive mobile robot project is aimed to publicize robotics technology in order to cover any area of Thailand to have the opportunity to access the learning process and high-quality robotics equipment for the user. The source of the development is the information from FIBO-School Consortium where there are discussions and interchange of teaching and learning knowledge in robotics including with the primary usage of robotics learning kit at their schools. This information leads this project on the remote-control system that will reduce the lack of robotics instructor in the schools and robotics equipment, because this project will develop a robotics learning process to support the instructor who lack of experience and knowledge in robotics field to design and develop their own robotics class at the school. Furthermore, they can share their own robotics experience in class with other who join the system. Despite, this project also supports the instructors with high-quality robotics equipment that needs for high effective learning experience through the remote-control system to reduce the initial investment fund of the school to purchase the equipment including with robotics knowledge to select and maintain it for best and long usability.
