Abstract

Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is a common complication in patients with diabetes mellitus (diabetes hereafter). Diabetic nephropathy is a significant cause of chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal failure globally.  Screening begins at diagnosis of type 2 diabetes is important. Aim of this proposal is develop the detection method for microRNA to DN in urine. The exponential amplification reactionn: EX-PAR) were applied with CRISPR/Cas12a system and integrated with electrochemical analytical method. This platform detection has a potential to detec a few amount of miRNA in urine.
