Abstract
Mathematics is a science that plays an essential role in the development of human thinking, enabling human beings to be creative, think rationally, systematically, with a pattern, thoroughly and carefully analyze problems and situations, anticipate, plan, decide, and solve problems correctly. Therefore, mathematics is a tool for studying science and technology, as well as other related sciences. In addition, mathematics helps to develop a complete human being, that is, to be balanced physically, mentally, intellectually, and emotionally, able to think, act, solve problems, and exist. with others happily (Ministry of Education, 2008, page 1). In order for learners to learn math well and effectively, they must have a feeling of wanting to understand and learn happily; even though the lessons are difficult, the learners always have a good mood during math lessons, and learners with this positive attitude are called Mathematical Resilience, which is very important for those who study mathematics and is most important for those who think that mathematics is a challenging subject or underestimate themselves that they cannot learn mathematics. Problems from the students' mindsets have always caused problems in mathematics learning and the education of Thai youths, affecting the students' future. We will find that most students choose to study in careers or faculties and subject areas that do not need to deal with mathematics. Therefore, mathematical resilience is essential.
Active Learning is suitable learning management for Phra Dabos disciples to organize learning activities for Phra Dabos students. Students can learn by solving real-world problems related to industrial mathematics. Students need to connect the mathematics knowledge they have just learned and the actual work application that they can apply principles, theories, definitions, and calculation formulas to help solve problems. Active Learning would be beneficial for developing the knowledge of the disciples of Phra Dabos because this learning management will allow the disciples of Phra Dabos to exchange knowledge among themselves when they discuss their professional fields, allowing researchers to insert the content of each professional field more efficiently and not take too long.
Nowadays, it is the era where technology plays a role in daily life. Therefore, learning activities should involve incorporating technology in the form of various media, including video. Computer-assisted instruction, including applications, will enable learners to learn effectively, resulting in the development of teaching materials in the form of applications on smartphones or tablets as another way that learning is not limited to within the classroom. It is also convenient to review Lessons wherever you want. Therefore, it is necessary to use appropriate learning materials for these people (Kornkanok Klangboonkhrong, 2012).
Augmented reality technology is the most widely used technology in the classroom because it combines virtual objects with the real world. Virtual objects may be in the form of images, video, audio, and other data processed by computers, mobile phones, tablets, or small wearable devices. This allows the learners to respond to the simulation, thereby improving their learning ability, making each lesson more interesting because learners can learn anywhere. There will also be some activities where learners can interact with the media to learn from their direct experiences. Therefore, it can help learners build their own body of knowledge even if it is difficult or complicated.
For this reason, the researchers wanted to design and develop applications using augmented reality technology to be used in conjunction with proactive learning management on geometry for disciples of Phra Dabos Phra Dabos School. This is a way to improve and improve student-centered mathematics teaching and learning to be more effective, making the teaching of mathematics diverse and can be applied as a guideline for teaching and learning of Dabosa Volunteer in Mathematics for Industrial Technicians. in other learning units.
