A Study of Factors in Goat Farming Business Development of Thung Khru Animal Farmers Group

This project aims to collect information on goat farming conditions. cost and return and factors affecting internal and external raising among members of the Thung Khru animal farming group, community enterprise group, and related operators. Then the data were analyzed to study the factors in goat farming business development, through the participation process of the relevant network partners. Subsequently, there will be a test of the implementation of the business development plan with 3 representatives of goat farms or entrepreneurs. The researchers expected that farmers, community enterprise groups, entrepreneurs, people in the community, academics, and related persons participated in the review of operations along the chain. It can be leading to the development of farm production systems, environmental stewardship, processing, product development, and marketing. And it will create the ability to adapt in the profession to the change of urban expansion. As well as to facilitate policy-making guidelines and work plans to promote and develop careers for farmers and entrepreneurs to local governments and related agencies, both public and private sectors. Finally, it will affect the improvement of the quality of life of the community as a whole.
