Abstract

he development of manpower in science and technology in the past It mainly focuses on creating and increasing the number of scientific research personnel, especially doctoral research personnel. While the professional will focus on creating craftsmen. The production of these two groups of specific manpower has yet to bring the country into the competition. This research is therefore important in developing teachers' potential for project-based teaching and learning in science-based technology colleges. to help drive students to become innovators According to the report in 2013, discussions and interviews with teachers in the Science-Based Technology School Project. The researchers found that Teachers have a certain level of understanding of the concepts and methods of PjBl learning management, that is, they have a theoretical understanding. But still can not be put into practice in the classroom. And from field data collection in 2023, 150 teachers from 5 Thanwit schools in 2023 found that“I don't know anything about PjBL, I don't know what to do with it. How to teach it?” “Knows about PjBL that there are 5 levels, but lacks experience. use in the classroom I only know that there must be a piece of work.” “Never trained in PjBL, I don't know how to evaluate learners and organize PjBL, don't know how to use it.” “Understand what PjBL is and know that there must be pieces. Workpieces must be used. But the real time finished the work. is stored in each term. have an evaluation Done But then what's next?” “I only know the name PjBL.Therefore, from the aforementioned problems, researchers want to develop the potential of teachers. and the research team will follow up as mentors for teachers so that teachers can apply their knowledge in the classroom Together with the exchange of knowledge with each other through the Professional Learning Community (PLC) and every step will have a competency-based evaluation. This will result in being able to produce students with potential. Skills for analytical thinking, synthesis, evaluating, and creating things that meet the needs of human resources development, vocational education, science and technology.
