Abstract
This research project aims to design and develop the stability of light-absorbing materials for photovoltaic and solar cell applications in humid and hot conditions in Thailand. In the project's initial phase, the research team focuses on studying and preparing 2D structural materials for enhanced stability against high humidity. The team also investigates the influence of dopants on the structural, optical, electrical, surface properties, and defect state changes in 3D-2D hybrid photovoltaic materials. These materials are then tested under high humidity conditions for different periods. Deep analysis of the preservation mechanism for stability is crucial scientific data for further advancements in solar cell stability. In the project's second phase, the emphasis is on designing and developing high-stability solar cell structures using hybrid photovoltaic-composite materials. The fabricated cells will undergo efficiency and stability testing under varying humidity conditions. The acquired in-depth knowledge will be essential for the accurate development of solar cell stability.
