The development of subcritical extraction technology for herbal bioactive ingredients at low temperature with refrigeration system enhances the efficiency of extraction which can reduce the extraction time and increase the amount of crude extracts. The antimicrobial properties will also be studied to apply this technique for fumigation industry which became interested after COVID-19 outbreak since the end of 2019 including the new normal of people’s lives.
