Abstract
The project aims to develop semi-intensive coastal aquaculture with knowledge from theories, research, and statistics. The development pathway has 3 ways to do, which are designed to induce incentive to action activities. The first is developing a demonstration pond to use as a leaning area for farmers and local agencies. The Second is to level up the knowledge of local agencies for training efficiency. And support a best practice farmer, who is a model for broad expansion training. The last is the collaboration of local agencies and universities to achieve sustainable development of aquaculture in coastal areas. It is suitable for projects of local agencies such as collaborated farms, Good Aquaculture Practice, Organic Aquaculture, and demonstrated aquaculture pond, Use as a knowledge base for technology transfer activities; The start of a new production season (field day) The results of the collaboration will be to develop farmers skilled in aquaculture. These skills provided the ability of high yields of aquatic production, good pond water quality, and planning aquaculture in accordance with the resources. Another result is to improve the efficiency of local agencies in providing workshop training. Further impact is expanding the results to the sustainable development of aquaculture.
