Abstract
The purpose of this study is to improve the performance of robotic welding robots. Using Pareto charts
and graphs to rank problems in order of importance, using a fishbone chart (cause and effect diagram) and
5W1H to determining the root cause of the problem. The working efficiency of welding robots 1 and 2 differs.
As a result, there is a loss of opportunity in terms of increasing production capacity by using work study
techniques to increase efficiency, which has resulted in the design of a working system and a new type of jig
fixture; this step is part of the tooling process (ECRS). grew from 58.3 percent to 78.5 percent
