Development of Color Management System on Cosmetic Package for Improve Efficiency of Proof

Research on development of color management system on cosmetic package for improve efficiency of proof have a purpose to manage the printing color with gravure and offset printers, to reduce the process of making samples for customers and to assess the satisfaction of cosmetic brand owners with the use of product samples. That is starting from sending a table of color test strips ECI2002 CMYK i1 Pro 3 iO and artwork of customer to the printery use the color profile of the digital proof machine. Print test form send it back for review. Then measure the color of the digital print proof of the printery with the X-rite i1pro3 model. The experiments are conducted for 3 times. The first result ΔE*₀₀ = 4.02, the second ΔE*₀₀ = 3.5 and the third result ΔE*₀₀ เท่ากับ 1.2 and take the standard printing test obtained to measure the values of the ECI2002 CMYK i1 Pro 3 iO color test strip table with the X-rite i1pro3 model. Create a color management profile through the ORIS FLEX PACK//WEB program. The experiments are conducted for 3 times. The first result ΔE*₀₀ = 5.2, the second ΔE*₀₀ = 4.1 and the third result ΔE*₀₀ เท่ากับ 1.2. Then achieve ΔE*00 1.2 color management printouts with the Roland Versa CAMM VS-300i digital printer (special colors, pastel and silver metallics depending on the nature of the job). When finished printing, send it to the customer for satisfaction evaluation and approval. Then send the sample to the printing factory for actual production. With flexographic machine for pouch, labels and offset printing on art card paper, white front-back duplex board. Bring a print job that is printed with a digital machine. Print of the printery and printed with a Roland Versa CAMM VS-300i digital printer (special colors, pastel and silver metallic depending on the nature of the job) . Compare that to printing with flexographic and offset printers. The results of the print colors of the Roland Versa CAMM VS-300i digital printer were found to be able to handle a color gamut close to that of printouts from flexographic and offset printer and the results from experts assessing color satisfaction on cosmetic packaging found that professionals are satisfied with the color handling of offset and flexographic printers.
