This purpose of this research is to 1. To design and develop Digital Cut Out Animation titled “MOMMY's SECRET #My mom's food is the most delicious” 2. To assess the quality of Digital Cut Out Animation by experts 3. To assess Digital Satisfaction Cut Out Animation by Sample The sample group in this research is King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi collegian, Faculty of Industrial Education and Information Technology Applied Computer Science – Multimedia Bachelor's degree, Year 1-2, 118 people, the organizers conducted data research. Design stories, characters, scenes and elements to develop digital cut out animation media. Expert evaluation results. found that the quality is at a very good level The mean was 4.6 and the standard deviation was 0.40 and the satisfaction assessment results. It was found that satisfaction was at a high level, with a mean of 4.37 and a standard deviation of 0.61.
