Abstract
The purposes of this study were (1) to study work safety behaviors of workers of 3 nationalities (2) to study factors that promote work safety behaviors of workers of 3 nationalities to increase quality productivity safety and time aspects (3) to study the factors that promote work safety behavior affecting the working behavior of workers of 3 nationalities (Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos), A case study of the Jahtoya private pool villa residence in Kohn Kaen province The research was conducted by collecting data from a sample of 200 people using answering the questionnaire. Statistical data were analyzed with multiple linear regression. The research found that (1) In normal working cases, workers with the most accidents were Burmese, Laotian, and Cambodian nationals, respectively, with an average of 13.50, 5.00, and 2.00, while the most frequent incidence was kicking a nail with an average of 4.50 (2) In the case of work acceleration or productivity improvement The most accidents among workers were Burmese, Laotian, and Cambodian nationals, respectively, with an average of 17.00, 3.00, and 2.50 percent. The most common incidence was kicking a nail with an average of 6.50. Accelerating Lao nationality work will see fewer accidents, and (3) the quality factor is the variable that promotes safety behavior that affects the working behavior of workers of 3 nationalities the most.
