Competency Assessment Package for Machine Mechanic in Parts Production by Machine Tools

This article presents the basic process for creating a competency assessment package for the
learner in the machine mechanics' field on part production by machine tools. This tool for
individual competency level assessment in parts production with machine tools one course.
Core and sub-competency analysis from experts with experience in parts production by the
machine tool. The competency appraisal series was then created by analyzing the standard
operating procedures and time, and the competency-based assessment completed using the
Rubric scale method. The preliminary results showed that the learner's competency appraisal
in the machine mechanics' field in parts production with machine tools could test the learners
and report individual competence results.
