Basic Automation System Skills Training Package

This article presents a model for developing the basic automation skills training package for
the diploma level (Vocational Certificate) on Control of Motor-On-Off for Conveyor Belts. To
solve Automated Manufacturing Systems, which analysis's basic skills relies on automation
manufacturing experts to frame the skill development to meet the industry's needs. Basic
fumigation the skillset consists of 3 stations: fundamentals of electrical circuits, writing
flowcharts, and Programming the control, and each station consists of five skill-based training
modules. The skill assessment system creates a rubric assessment. The results of the pilot
test the package of basic automation skills can develop learners' skills.
