Abstract
This study was aimed to design and develop digital contents on social media network with mega influencers for crowdfunding to support students with financial hardship, to evaluate the quality of the digital contents, and to evaluate the perception as well as the satisfaction of the sampling group towards the digital contents. The tools in this study consisted of 1) digital contents on social media network with mega influencers for crowdfunding to support students with financial hardship, 2) evaluation forms for contents and media presentation, 3) perception evaluation form, and 4) satisfaction evaluation form. The digital contents involved 13 posters, 5 video clips, and 2 live streaming activities which were broadcast on Facebook Fanpage: ECT Social Lab to raise funds for students with financial hardship during COVID-19. These activities were integrated in the ETM 361 Presentation Skills II course in the first semester of the academic year 2021. Two expert panels evaluated the contents and the media presentation. The quality of the contents was at a very good level (X= 4.67, S.D. = 0.49). The quality of the media presentation was at a very good level (X = 4.66, S.D. = 0.35). The researchers collected the data from people who followed Facebook Fanpage: ECT Social lab and chose 100 people through purposive sampling method to evaluate their perception. The perception of the sampling group was at the highest level (X = 4.60, S.D. = 0.59). The satisfaction of the sampling group was at the highest level (X = 4.62, S.D. = 0.55). The funds raised from these activities reached 120,000 Baht. Therefore, the digital contents on social media network with mega influencers for crowdfunding to support students with financial hardship were practical and useful.
