Abstract

This article aims to present the results of an online course on SME business marketing model development through challenge-based learning to enhance creative thinking capabilities. Integrated teaching and learning community in the course Entrepreneurship (20001-9001) with a group of 20 Certificate vocational students, Phang Nga Technical College, Phang Nga Province. Challenge-based learning is a teaching method that engages students to tackle real-world challenges. The implementation process consists of 3 steps: 1) a study of problems and needs employing in-depth interviews with members of the Ching Chang fish processing group; 2) Marketing development by applying the results of interviews to develop brands, products, and channels, and 3) marketing evaluation by evaluating sales and satisfaction of group members and customers. The study's results revealed that the Ching Chang fish processing group can generate sales by selling products under the developed brand "PLA YAO," resulting in group members' satisfaction and customer satisfaction. The suggestions for future product development, product styles should be improved to be diversified.
