Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) is becoming more prevalent in various sectors. Based on rapid AI technology development, the understanding of strategies for implementation is necessary, especially in government administration and services. Despite the current trend, uncertainty in the process needed to build the capacity of artificial intelligence is a major concern for senior management in government sector. The purpose of this study is to develop a maturity model of artificial intelligence for government organization, which is a gap in the knowledge in this area. The results of this research will help government organizations understand the methods of applying artificial intelligence successfully. Including the linking of the AI system with other work systems, and can be used as the theoretical foundation for future research © 2022 IEEE.
