The proposed comprehensive-factor authentication system is based on the idea, risk level and business impact that national ID fraud can be effectively prevented by using multiple factors to verify the identity of an individual in an automatic system without humans. The factors used include three classic elements; something you know, something you have, and something you are, plus an additional check ID not copy paper that is  widely used for more than 10 years as paper KYC process. The system uses biometric data, such as facial recognition, to verify the physical characteristics of an individual and personal information, such as ID number, date of birth, name, address, and expiry date to verify the identity of a person. Finally, the calculated risk system provides options to select comprehensive-factor authentication to verify the identity of a person without sign-up any account. In the standard process of Identification assurance level (IAL) focusing on the e-KYC (electronic know your customer) process in smart environments and  online services with kiosk or mobile web / app. The results show that all the factors should be identified at once in background, and a user can successfully complete the identification process by doing one or two actions simultaneously. Since the user is in an online e-KYC process, document classification is highly recommended in the registration and authentication stage at a high risk level. The case study reveals that the same setting can require various levels of security and usability for each user and risk of financial factors.
