Abstract

The purposes of this research were to develop
and evaluate the quality of digital content for
public relations Electrical Technology Education
Program in the form of an online exhibition by Avatar
Presenter using Simon Sinek’s Golden Circle storytelling
technique. To evaluate the perception and satisfaction
of the samples towards digital content developed
according to the ADDIE Model . Data were collected
from a sample group, who were the students of
Department of Electrical Technology Education. King
Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi by
purposive sampling method from 3rd and 4th year, 30
students who were willing to answer the questionnaire.
The results were an online exhibition consisted of 2 sets
of infographic posters with QR code technology and 2
video clips presented by avatar presenter using Simon
Sinek’s Golden Circle storytelling, At the undergraduate
and graduate levels. The results of the evaluation by
experts found that there was a content quality
assessment result at a very good level
( 𝑥 = 4.67, S.D. = 0.43) and the media quality assessment was at a good level. (𝑥 = 4.25, S.D. = 0.24)
The perception and the satisfaction evaluation results
from the sample group was at the highest level.
(𝑥= 4.65, S.D. = 0.56)
