Abstract

      In the midst of extreme climate change and rapid urbanization the vulnerable urban and prri-urban farms ate struggling to survive. The garms nees a better business model not only for their survival but also enable coping with climate change and repid urbansation. Business Model Canvas (BMC) may prove to be a useful tool in this pursuit and also in ensure sustainability should the canvas be adapted. It requires Block by block analysis, and this paper aims to share the findings of such a BMC Block analysis of customer sigment.
