Abstract

This research focuses on defining and prioritizing factors influencing Selection of Internet of Things hardware technology in warehouse processes A case study of a plumbing equipment manufacturer and distributor in Thailand. To analyze the multi-criteria decision analysis method. (Multi-Criteria Decision Making: MCDM) is an analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The questionnaire was created for the warehouse manager and Internet of Things experts to rate factor significance score value. The results showed that There are 6 factors affecting the selection of internet of things hardware technology, ranked in order of importance: 1.Return on investment(ROI) 2. Maintenance 3. Durability 4. Safety 5. Flexibility and 6. Feature. The aforementioned factors can be used to make decisions as a guideline for the development of technology in the company's warehouse in the future.
