Abstract

Currently, the Chemical fertilizer industry of agriculture faces backorder and charges from unsuccessful delivery of goods. The researcher studies the above problems and presents this research. The case Chemical fertilizer industry of agriculture encounters the above problem because customers’ pick-up behavior has changed. Whether to climate change factors or different farmers' support programs from the government as a result, the scheduling concept may not be as appropriate as before. And the occurrence of backorder accounted for 0.89% of the monthly delivery volume calculated as a charge of 12.07% from the sale of products per month. The researcher, therefore, foresees that it can reduce the occurrence of these problems. If the scheduling is appropriately aligned with the customer's pick-up. The researcher presents the development of the scheduling concept in conjunction with product grouping by ABC classification theory. The result of the research represents the concepts can reduce the amount of backorder by 0.89%, which demonstrates concepts can reduce backlog fines by 12.07% per month, reduce the backlog by 6% - 52% per month, and increase machine utilization rate by 7.68% per month.
