Abstract

Efficiency Improvement of garment tailor by ECRS technique aims to focus on reducing steps and operating time. Conduct research by studying and collecting data on current service processes with flow process charts, analyzing improvement methods by brainstorming methods. Analyze the cause of common problems with a fishbone diagram. In summary, the cause of corrective action is that the operating procedures are wrong or lack optimization and there are no patterns or sewing standards. ECRS techniques are used to improve the operating processes, namely elimination, integration and simplification. Resulting in a total of 30 steps in sewing uniforms before improvement 23 steps after improvement a decrease of 7 steps representing 23.33%, total time before improvement 56.35 minutes after improvement 53.72 minutes a decrease of 2.63 minutes, representing 4.67 % and the efficiency of sewing uniforms increased by 5.08%.
