Abstract

The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between entrepreneurial attitude, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial intention among 4th year students in the Bachelor of Industrial Technology Program Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) Thailand. The study found that, overall, students had expressed a good entrepreneurial attitude and strong entrepreneurial self-efficacy with x̄ = 4.12, S.D. = 0.66, and x̄ = 4.11, S.D. = 0.64, respectively, and they also assessed their own intention to be entrepreneurs at a high level (x̄ = 4.21, S.D. = 0.64). Correlation analysis showed that there were high positive correlation between entrepreneurial attitudes and entrepreneurial intention and between entrepreneurial selfefficacy and entrepreneurial intention, with correlation coefficients of 0.734 and 0.829, respectively, at a statistical
significance level of .05. The results of this study suggest that if the program organizes teaching and learning activities that foster positive entrepreneurial attitudes and strengthen entrepreneurial self-efficacy during the study period, it will help graduates to have high entrepreneurial intentions, which is an important factor in becoming true entrepreneurs after graduated
