Abstract

We investigate quantum transport in tilt-inhomogeneous Dirac cone system, which partially mimic the behaviours of a double-pseudomagnetic-barrier structure. Exploring the effects of Dirac cone tilt helps us understand electron transmission probabilities through the barriers. Our results demonstrate significant enhancement of tunnelling transport properties by adjusting barrier parameters and the Dirac cone's tilt angle. This study has important implications for optimizing resonant-tunnelling quantum devices based on the heterostructure, paving the way for novel quantum device development. ฉ 2023 Institute of Physics Publishing.
