Abstract

Due to the economic crisis resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic and the uncertainty surrounding various aspects of life, many Thai people have experienced significant mental health problems. The Department of Educational Communications and Technology, Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) has conceptualized a plan to utilize the knowledge and expertise of its staff to serve the community through volunteer work. As a part of this initiative, a talk show program with edutainment content for adolescents has been created. The program is hosted professional hosts with teenage students,and by experienced professionals in psychology,communication, students activities, and parenting on an online platform. After one year of broadcasting, a team consisting of three professors and twelve students, totally 15 persons analyzed the working process, audience feedback, and lesson learned of the volunteer team. The study found that the program production followed the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle and the production process of program 3 P . The program received positive responses from 244 viewers, who engaged with the content and appreciated the summarized quotes. In summary, it was found that the learning outcomes from volunteering in this project were the volunteer team gained social skills, technology skills, and gained knowledge in various other areas, which has increased the capacity for volunteer work.
