Reduce Paper of Instructions Sheet in Assembly Line

This study aims to reduce paper consumption for instruction sheets in the process of automotive assembly, without compromising production quality. It utilizes the ECRS concept to redesign the instruction sheets. Findings suggest that removing irrelevant information can notably diminish paper consumption while upholding work quality. However, achieving a fully paperless system will necessitate additional technological advancements.
