Study sealing working process for re-arrange and improvement

The objective of this research project is to enhance the efficiency of the Sealing process by applying knowledge in production balancing, reducing waste in seven areas, and improving production processes. The study and practical work have revealed that it is possible to improve the efficiency of the production process (Line Balance Efficiency) to meet the desired criteria of the company, reaching 92.2%. This represents an increase from the pre-improvement process level of 34.47%. Additionally, it was found feasible to allocate regular employees to each workstation in the Sealing process without overburdening them with excessive workloads.
