Abstract
The Texca wall job development project aims to address the recent usage of Texca in the company's construction projects. Due to limited information and data for planning, there is a lack of clarity and inefficiencies between job processes, leading to potential project delays. Therefore, our team's objective is construction management with lean principles, utilizing the ECRS method to restructure job processes and reduce non-value added (NVA) activities from the 8 wastes in construction. Through investigation, it was found that non-value added activities in the job account for 26.68% of the total, equivalent to 3.2 days out of the 12-day job scope for Texca wall installation on one floor. After implementing the ECRS method to restructure job processes, non-value added activities from the 8 wastes in construction have been reduced by more than 20% compared to the previous level.
