บทคัดย่อ
The purpose of this research was to study of comparing the self-knowledge of first-year students, Department of Educational Communications and Technology, Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi before and after the coaching process, and study the satisfaction coaching activities to promote self-knowledge through the coaching process. The experimental research samples were 88 Students from 1st Class of the academic year 2022, Simple Random Sampling. The instruments used in this study were Self-knowledge evaluation before and after the coaching process for first-year students, and Coaching Activity Satisfaction Assessment Coaching Model to promote self-knowledge of first year students. The research findings were as follow: 1 The level of self-knowledge before and after participating in the coaching process differs significantly at a statistical significance level of 0.05. This means that the level of self- knowledge before going through the coaching process to promote self- knowledge through coaching for ECT students is lower than the level of self-knowledge after going through the coaching process. 2. The result of the coaching activity satisfaction assessment, to promote self-knowledge among first-year students was overall at the highest level (x̅ = 3.75, S.D = 0.48).
