Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) to develop the video content for public relations the Department of Educational Communications and Technology using a problem agitate solve storytelling technique 2) to evaluate the quality of the video content for public relations the Department of Educational Communications and Technology using a problem agitate solve storytelling technique that was developed 3) to evaluate the perception of the samples towards the video content for public relations the Department of Educational Communications and Technology using a problem agitate solve storytelling technique 4) to evaluate the satisfaction of the samples towards the video content for public relations the Department of Educational Communications and Technology using a problem agitate solve storytelling technique. The research tools include 1) the video content for public relations the department of Educational Communications and Technology using a problem agitate solve storytelling technique 2) the quality assessment form 3) the perception assessment form 4) the satisfaction assessment form. Data were collected from a sample group, who were high school students from Chaengron Witthaya School in the first semester of the academic year 2023, by conducted using a simple random sampling method., 40 students who exposed the video content and willing to answer the questionnaires. The results of the evaluation by experts found that there was the content quality assessment result at a good level ( = 4.50, S.D. = 0.72), the media presentation quality assessment was at a good level (
= 4.33, S.D. = 0.53), the result of sample’s perception was at the high level (
= 4.09, S.D. = 0.99), and the result of sample’s satisfaction was at the high level (
= 4.44, S.D. = 0.74). Therefore, the development of video content for public relations the Department of Educational Communications and Technology using a problem agitate solve storytelling technique can be used practically.Top of Form
