Abstract
In an era where technology advances rapidly along with the diversity of cultures and health-related needs, alternative medicine services play a crucial role in supporting the well-being and lifestyle of individuals. Access to diverse and personalized medical services is essential for both physical and mental health, especially considering the increasing global mobility and migration. Thai individuals represent a group with specific needs in terms of alternative medical services. This research project aims to study and understand the usage behavior of alternative medicine services among Thai individuals. The research team has designed and developed an innovative clinic reservation system tailored to meet the needs and satisfaction of this Thai community. The objective is to provide convenience and suitable access, addressing the diverse requirements of Thai individuals residing. The research team aspires to establish guidelines for the development of alternative medical services that are limitless and capable of catering to the varied preferences of service recipients.
