Development of an Application for Managing Educational Resourcesat Potisarnpittayakorn School

This research project focuses on the development of a mobile application for the management of school resources at Potisarnpittayakorn School. The objectives include 1) Designing and developing an application for the management of school resources.2) Assessing the efficiency of the application in managing school resources. 3) Studying user satisfaction with the application for managing school resources. Research tools employed in this study include the school resource management application and evaluation forms. The evaluation involved three experts in the field, and a satisfaction survey was conducted with a sample group comprising 25 individuals, consisting of teachers and staff from the Science and Technology Learning Area at Potisarnpittayakorn School. The research findings indicate that the overall assessment of the application's efficiency by experts is at a high level (X̅= 4.50 , S.D. = 0.55). Similarly, the overall satisfaction with the application usage is at a high level (X̅ = 4.52 , S.D. = 0.45). The application divides its functionality into two main components: the administrator's module and the user module. Based on research findings, the School Resource Management Application, developed and designed for Potisarnpittayakorn School, has proven to be practical and effective. The application streamlines various aspects of resource and asset management, ensuring greater speed, accuracy, and overall efficiency in the processes related to school resources.
