บทคัดย่อ

In the industry, defects and rejected work pieces pose significant challenges in the electronics sector, impacting product quality, production efficiency, and company reputation. These problems were solved by employees. Therefore, training is important for enhancing employees' performance. This paper focuses on improving employees' critical thinking skills through the ECDIO model. There are five steps involved in the learning process: E: Engagement, C: Conceive, D: Design, I: Implementation, and O: Operation. The results revealed that the employees had higher critical thinking skills. Moreover, the study's findings underscored the positive impact of the ECDIO model on employees' critical thinking skills. The systematic approach guided the employees from comprehending the problem to leveraging it for perceptive inquiry. Subsequently, they analyzed the problem, discerning its root causes by considering relevant variables, and then proceed to devise effective solutions. Furthermore, the model made it easier for them to apply the knowledge, which they acquired during training to solve actual problems that came up at work every day.
