Training in today's organizations faces rapid changes in a continuously organization and technology environment. Training models used in the past may no longer be able to meet the needs. Moreover, training requires a certain amount of time that may affect working hours. This research focuses on strengthening training programs and developing the problem-solving skills of employees within the organization. The Moodle technology was applied to support the learning environment for problem-based learning. Blended learning, including five steps was used as face-to-face and online learning. The steps include problem-facing, problem exploration, problem-solving actions, evaluation, and conclusion. The findings indicated that integrating problem-based learning with Moodle enhances problem-solving skills among employees. This approach encouraged the employees to identify problems, analyze relevant data relating to the problem, use a solution approach, and summarize problems. Therefore, the ability of finding solutions were developed in the production line.
