บทคัดย่อ
Entrepreneurial mindset has been increasingly interested not only in those who desire to run a business but also for individuals who seek success in their career. Therefore, promoting entrepreneurial mindset in undergraduate students is essential for their near future of work after graduation. This study focuses on developing entrepreneurial mindset of undergraduate students through a practical entrepreneurial experience by using design thinking with cooperative learning. A five-week intervention program was then designed to provide the undergraduate students an experience to embrace opportunities, encourage collaboration and communication skills, and be continuous practice, reflection and feedback. Four key skills demonstrated for entrepreneurial mindset consisted of Leadership, Creativity, Customer Understanding, and Business Feasibility. The undergraduate students were then assessed by these competency sets via self and facilitator. The finding revealed that after participation the undergraduate students could significantly improve entrepreneurial mindset, especially in competency of Business Feasibility, Leadership, and Creativity.
