บทคัดย่อ
This article introduces an innovative algorithm to capture and measure vibrations using the principles of the Mach-Zehnder interferometer. The configuration comprises a CCD camera and a vibrating motor, vibrating at a frequency range of 50 to 200 Hz. The results were evaluated from image processing tools. The technique called 'phase unwrapping' was used to assess the results of this study. Regarding the experimental results, the evaluation demonstrated the algorithm's accuracy and effectiveness in detecting and measuring vibrations. These findings can be employed to provide vibrational information on the target machine and improve maintenance schedules and operational safety in industrial environments. © 2024 IEEE.
