Research on Factors Influencing the Acceptance of the One Stop Service Application through Sentiment Analysis at the Integrative Thai Medicine Clinic, Faculty of Medicine, Thammasat University, aims to design an application to reduce user problems within the clinic. The application facilitates users by consolidating all services, including appointments, queue checks, appointment times, and accessing health information, providing guidance. Users can access medical services conveniently and efficiently. The study uses a questionnaire tool to collect data from service users and those interested in using clinic services, totaling 400 people. The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) is employed to enhance efficiency in measuring outcomes. The majority of respondents are females (43.5%), mostly aged between 21-30 years (58.5%). The SmartPLS V.4 program is used for statistical calculations, employing parametric statistics to summarize sample data. Consistent PLS-SEM bootstrapping is used for hypothesis testing, randomly sampling values from the original data for statistical calculations. Sentiment Analysis is applied to analyze the sample group's feelings, measuring whether service users are satisfied with the application. Survey results reveal positive sentiments toward the One Stop Service application, indicating increased convenience, ease of use, and societal support. User satisfaction and willingness to use the application are at 96%, 90%, 80.5%, and 90%, respectively. Overall, respondents believe that implementing the application will effectively address their concerns. © 2024 IEEE.
