Abstract
In light of the shifting lifestyle paradigms within contemporary society, there is a growing emphasis on health consciousness among individuals. Nonetheless, challenges persist in navigating the selection of appropriate medications or dietary supplements. Instances of improper usage, incorrect dosages, or inappropriate methods abound, leading to adverse outcomes outweighing the intended benefits. To confront this issue and enhance consumer convenience, a technological solution has been devised: a platform for the distribution of medications or dietary supplements. This platform integrates a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system tailored to individual needs. Moreover, it facilitates customer engagement for sales, product demonstrations, and ongoing relationship management. This holistic approach holds promise in mitigating and resolving the aforementioned consumer concerns.
