Abstract
This research explores the impact of scenic and scenario design on conveying emotions in film, particularly through the manipulation of lighting and color. By focusing on a single scene or a few scenes, students were encouraged to experiment with lighting techniques to create specific moods and atmospheres. The study found that this approach improved students' understanding of lighting design and its role in storytelling. Additionally, the use of LED digital lighting provided students with greater flexibility and control over their lighting designs, further enhancing their ability to create the desired emotional impact
