Current transportation problems are challenging. Service qualities and policies of third-party logistics derive from the executives or the directors’ visions, from which all concepts originate without any driver’s participation. This study aims to build the transport indicators generated from visions of the operators consisting of controllers and drivers. This research uses mixed methods research including qualitative and quantitative analysis. For the qualitative analysis, the interviews were conducted by transport controllers. The questionnaires were used with truck drivers for quantitative analysis. Regarding the results from the quantitative method, this study illustrated that the components of operation consist of four factors including safety, revenue, transport, and policy. The results indicated that these factors are statistically significant. This study can be used as a guideline to provide improved policies for organisations within the public and private sectors that are involved in truck transportation.
