Abstract
Multisensory learning is important in creating an effective learning experience, which allows learners to receive information from multiple sensory channels simultaneously and build a deeper and more comprehensive understanding, such as sight, hearing, touch, taste, and smell. Multisensory learning plays an important role in stimulating interest and helping learners remember information better, as the simultaneous involvement of multiple senses helps to strengthen connections between new information and existing knowledge. Meanwhile, the use of multisensory in food and the promotion of culture can create meaningful learning experiences. In the case of edible Khon pastries and cookies, which are good examples of using multisensory, the sense of touch from the shape and texture of the pastries, the sense of taste from the food, and the sight of the decoration or design of the pastries help learners learn about Khon culture, and can experience and understand it through participating in activities. Using edible Khon pastries and cookies as a tool for communicating culture allows learners to understand and experience the diversity and significance of Khon culture in the present era.
