Abstract
This research aims to develop a training kit for using the 3-phase induction electric motor control map controller program using the CIPPA Model learning management model. of students at the vocational certificate level and to develop academic achievement in the electromechanical and control subjects, subject code 20127-2009, with the population being certificate level students Vocational Year 2, Department of Mechatronics and Robotics Nan Technical College The sample group used is six students who chose to study electromechanics and control. The tools used in the research include a set of practice skills for using the 3-phase induction electric motor control map controller program using a learning management model for students at the vocational certificate level, as well as a worksheet for using the 3-phase induction electric motor control map controller program. The 3-phase induction electric motor control map controller programming test uses the CIPPA Model teaching model. The results of the research found that from the development of a training set for skills in using the program controller controls a 3-phase induction electric motor using the CIPPA Model learning management model. of students at the vocational certificate level has been divided into five learning sections: Part 1: Electromechanical learning plan and 1 unit of control, CIPPA Model format, Part 2, content sheet on types of AC electric motors, Part 3, worksheet Control the start of the 3-phase induction electric motor by starting the motor with a map controller program. STAR-DELTA control part 4. Worksheet for using PLC to control a 3-phase induction motor with a delay. Working time part 5 Worksheet for using PLC to control a 3-phase induction motor with a delay in working time. When used in management to teach, the CIPPA Model format meets the criteria set out in the learning management plan. After using the skill training set, the students' test achievement had an average of 86.67, and when separated into worksheets, each group had an average of 92.22.
