The Application of Savings Algorithm in the Development of Web Application for Transportation Service Business

This project presents the design and development of a web-based transportation management system for small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), employing the Savings Algorithm as the underlying optimization principle. The primary objective of the system is to enable entrepreneurs to manage transportation operations with greater efficiency and user-friendliness.

The system incorporates key functional modules, including employee management, vehicle management, route scheduling, job order management, invoice management, receipt management, and payment/collection voucher management. Upon completion of the development process, the system was subjected to usability testing and user satisfaction evaluation with a sample group of 10 participants.

The evaluation results indicate that the system achieved a high level of user satisfaction, with a mean score of 3.56 and a standard deviation of 0.88. Furthermore, constructive feedback from participants was collected to guide future improvements, ensuring enhanced performance and usability of the system.
