Abstract
The objectives of this research were to 1) develop the digital content set for promoting restaurants in dormitories at King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi via an online platform, 2) evaluate the quality of the digital content set, 3) assess the perception of the sample group, and 4) measure the satisfaction of the sample group through the digital content set. The research tools included 1) a digital content set for promoting restaurants in university dormitories on an online platform, 2) an evaluation form for content and presentation quality, 3) a perception assessment form for the sample group, and 4) a satisfaction assessment form for the sample group. The sample group consisted of 50 individuals who followed the "ECTSocialLab" account on TikTok. They were randomly selected and had viewed the digital content set designed to promote restaurants in dormitories at King Mongkut'sUniversity of Technology Thonburi. Data collection was conducted during the first semester of the academic year 2024. Statistical analyses included mean and standard deviation. The development resulted in 5 sets of infographic posters and 5 sets of video presentations introducing menus for each restaurant. The expert evaluations indicated that the content quality was rated at a good level (x̄̄ = 4.38, S.D. = 0.49), while the media presentation quality was rated at a very good level (x̄̄ = 4.69, S.D. = 0.47). The perception of the sample group was rated at the highest level (x̄̄ = 4.79, S.D. = 0.51), and their satisfaction was also rated at the highest level (x̄̄ = 4.83, S.D. = 0.47). Therefore, the developed digital content set can be practicallyimplemented.
