Development of an information system for project management in planning and budgeting operations: a case study of chonburi vocational college

Research Objectives to: 1) develop an information system for project management to be used in the operations of the Planning and Budgeting Division, 2) evaluate the quality of the information system for project management to support the division's operations, and 3) To evaluate user satisfaction with the information system, a research study was conducted in which three experts assessed the system’s quality. The study involved a sample group of 47 participants. The research instruments consisted of an information system quality assessment form and a user satisfaction questionnaire. The findings indicated that the information system demonstrated the highest level of quality in multiple aspects: data input, processing, output presentation, data storage, workflow processes, and the appropriateness of the user interface (UI), with an overall average score of 𝑥̅ = 4.58 .Furthermore, the evaluation of user satisfaction revealed that all user groups reported the highest level of satisfaction.
